Terms of Service — WRU

Effective date: October 19, 2026

1. Agreement and accounts

By creating an account or using WRU (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Service is provided by dbandsolution, 4F 401-389A, 79 Gimpohangang 9-ro, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at boyds79@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

2. Organization workspaces

The Service is used inside an organization workspace, and the organization decides who sees what.

An organization administrator can invite members with an invite code, assign roles, and view the minutes, tasks and reports in the workspace according to those roles.
Content you create for your organization's work (minutes, tasks, site reports) belongs to the workspace. If you leave the organization or delete your account, the organization may keep that content.
If you join with a work email, your organization's own policies may also apply to how you use the Service.

3. Your content and how you use the Service

You keep ownership of the recordings, photos, text and other content you put into the Service. You give us a limited licence to store, process, transcribe, summarize and translate that content only to provide the Service to you and your organization.

Recording consent. Before you record a meeting or conversation, you must inform every participant and obtain their consent. Recording private conversations without the consent of all parties may violate Philippine law (Republic Act No. 4200). You are solely responsible for obtaining this consent.

You agree not to:

Record anyone secretly or without their agreement
Upload content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful, defamatory or harassing
Use the Service to collect sensitive personal information about others beyond what your work requires
Try to access other workspaces or accounts, or interfere with the Service's security or operation
Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service

4. AI-generated output

Minutes, action items, report summaries and translations are produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. The Service may mishear speech, assign an instruction to the wrong person, or translate imprecisely. Review every output before you rely on it or send it to others. You, not the Service, are responsible for the reports you send. Items the Service marks "확인 필요" (needs confirmation) have not been resolved and should be confirmed with the person who gave the instruction.

5. Ending your use of the Service

You can delete your account at any time in the app (마이 → 회원 탈퇴) or at meetinglog.hey-driver.com/delete-account. What is deleted and what your organization keeps is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or that puts other users or the Service at risk. Where possible we will tell you first and give you a chance to download your data.
If we shut the Service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

6. Legal terms

No warranty. The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI output. The Service is provided free of charge, and we are liable for damages only where they are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer or data protection laws of the country where you live.
Changes. We may update these Terms. We will post the change on this page and in the app and update the effective date. Important changes take effect at least 30 days after notice.
